Kayla and Jacob are from my second home, Mississippi! I was so honored that they chose me to spend an Amazing weekend in Destin and photograph their wedding day. We stayed so busy with the wedding that we ended up doing a Day After session for them. They rocked in the heat and it was oh, so worth it! Kayla & Jacob The Day After to follow.... Oh, and the first image did not end like you think! He saved her at the very last second possible!

... were awful when we went to take pictures in their Easter clothes. I have a few with Audrey because I was able to trick her into standing still with a balloon (thank you Jamie), but I only had one half decent photo of the 2 of them together. Poor Row didn't stand a chance by himself. It was so HOT! I guess that's what I get for trying to make pictures during nap time! I always tell parents that I work around their kids schedules, maybe I should have practiced what I had preached. I still think they are adorable!

Sweet Anna

This was my first opportunity to photograph a newborn. She was almost 3 weeks old and I was a little worried. 10 days old is about as long as you can wait to really get in good with a newborn, but Anna was an angel. She slept like a dream and I had the BEST time. This may be my new favorite!

Ella Boo...

...that's what Audrey calls her. "Mama I wanna go to Mississippi and play with Ella Boo." How we miss our dear friends. Thank you so much for allowing us to come visit, 2 kids and an epileptic poodle all in tow. Watch out, I'm coming back this Fall! I love y'all!

This one goes back to late April. I spent a wonderfully hot day with the Ray & Dana & their beautiful brood, which had just recently been added to. I have never seen 2 brothers so in love with a baby sister! They even volunteered to babysit so we got a few sweet moments with just mom & dad.

Here she is! See, I wasn't picking favorites. Row was taking a nap this past weekend, so Audrey & I went outside for a little fun. The weather was beautiful. It was over 75 that day, in January! I love this little girl like you would not believe. Everything about her makes my heart smile!
